Mamacita Vi, as I lovingly called her, was 93 years young.  She had a deep, genuine relationship with Father God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.  Mamacita Vi was a devoted follower of the Lord Jesus.  She was an amazing prayer warrior and she covered All for Jesus Ministries, the board members, personal and international prayer requests, and ministry recipients with her precious intercessory prayers.  She attended and prayed during all the seminars and workshops in New Mexico that I led over the years, even when the dates conflicted with personal social invitations.  I will always remember Vi dancing during worship and praising the Lord at those events.   Vi also assisted me and prayed in person during many individual Healing the Brokenhearted Ministry sessions.  

When I published my second book, Devotionals for the Brokenhearted, I dedicated it to Mamacita Vi.  I said in that dedication, “Her godly wisdom has been priceless, always peppered with humor that lightened even the most sorrow-filled and painful circumstances.”  Vi and I laughed together often.  I know that I will see Mamacita Vi again in Heaven!
