Father God, I thank You that I have been forgiven for the sins that I have confessed to You because of the finished work on the cross of Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.  Thank You, Most High God for forgiving me.

Heavenly Father, You know that I have been hurt, emotionally, mentally, physically, and/or spiritually by ______________________.  The emotional pain they caused is very real and I want to be free from it. You are the only One who can release the pain from my heart, mind and spirit. Jesus came to set the captives free and I need the freedom that He came to provide.

I now make the choice to forgive ______________________ in the name of Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
